| Filing 5 MINUTE IN CHAMBERS REFERRAL TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE FOR ALL NECESSARY DISCOVERY AND SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE by Judge William D. Keller: The Court has reviewed the complaint and answer and refers this matter to Magistrate Judge Judge John E. McDermott for all necessary discovery proceedings and for settlement conferences.
