ORDER ON STIPULATION TO STAY ACTION PENDING ARBITRATION by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Upon Stipulation #13 , IT IS ORDERED that this action is STAYED in its entirety pending the outcome of the binding arbitration between Plaintiff and Papich, as set forth in Paragraph 1 of the parties' Stipulation. The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the matters subject to arbitration in order to enter Judgment upon mediated resolution or any arbitration award that may be issued, and to enforce the parties' Stipulation and this Order. The parties are ORDERED to file a Status Report on 2/22/2021, explaining the progress of the arbitration and the anticipated date of completion. Failure to comply will result in the Court's issuance of an order to show cause why the case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. (gk)
