Gee: The Court GRANTS the Defendant Small Business Administration's ("SBA") motion to dismiss #11 , without leave to amend. Because this case was removed to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1442(a)(1) and the SBA, the sole federal defendant, has been dismissed from the action, the Court remands this action to the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, Case No. 20PSCV00396.
