("GLB") to show cause why this action should not be remanded to Los Angeles County Superior Court for improper removal due to lack of proof of joinder or consent in the removal by Defendants DCG Distribution, Forever Link International, Inc., LBK Shoes Corp., and World Net Consolidators, Inc. #9 . On 12/6/2020, GLB filed a response noting that Defendants Forever Link International, Inc. and LBK Shoes Corp. do not consent to removal #13 . GLB therefore does not oppose remand. Accordingly, the Order to Show Cause is DISCHARGED, and this action is REMANDED to Los Angeles County Superior Court, Case No. 20NWLC27029, for improper removal.
