The Court has reviewed the Response filed by plaintiff Joseph Nelson ("Plaintiff") to the Court's December 22, 2020 Order to Show Cause. The Court will defer ruling on the Order to Show Cause until the time for defendant PFS Corporation ("Defendant") to appear in this action has expired. The Court's issuance of the Order to Show Cause and deferral of resolution is without prejudice to any challenge Defendant may make to the Court's subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff is ordered to personally serve a copy of both this Order and the December 22, 2020 Order to Show Cause on any defendant that has already been served with the Complaint within three (3) court days of the date of this Order or at the time of service of the Summons and Complaint for any defendant that has not already been served.
