Before the Court is a Complaint filed by plaintiff Hope Dunn ("Plaintiff") on December 22, 2020. (Dkt. 1 ("Compl.").) Plaintiff alleges that the Court possesses jurisdiction over this action pursuant to the Class Action Fairness Act ("CAFA"), 28 U.S.C. 1332(d). (Id. at 10.) However, the Complaint fails to adequately allege that the requirements for CAFA jurisdiction are met. The Court therefore dismisses the Complaint and grants Plaintiffs leave to amend and establish federal subject matter jurisdiction.
