MINUTE ORDER (In Chambers): by Judge Otis D. Wright, II. On January 29, 2021, Plaintiffs noticed their intention to file a First Amended Complaint (FAC) by this date rather than oppose Defendants' motions. (Notice, ECF No. #17 .) However, Plaintiffs did not file their FAC until February 13, 2021, which is one day late. (See First Am. Compl., ECF No. #22 .) Although Plaintiffs' FAC is untimely, Defendant has not objected to its filing. The parties are hereby ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE, in writing only by February 24, 2021, why the Court should not accept Plaintiffs' untimely FAC in light of Plaintiffs' Notice of Intention to amend, the minimal delay in filing, and Defendant's apparent lack of objection. The Court will accept a joint response or stipulation as a satisfactory response. Failure to timely or adequately respond will result in acceptance of the FAC.
