Kronstadt: Pursuant to the Standing Orders (Dkt. #11 ), any opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (the "Motion" (Dkt. #11 )) was due within 21 days of the filing of the Motion. No opposition was timely filed. Pursuant to L.R. 7-12, the failure to file an opposition may be deemed consent to the relief sought in the Motion. On March 17, 2021, Defendants filed a "Reply Brief in Support of Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint," which seeks dismissal of the action because Plaintiffs did not file an opposition to the Motion. Dkt. #27 . In the interest of judicial and party efficiency, Plaintiffs will be provided a final opportunity to file an opposition to the Motion. They shall do so on or before March 24, 2021. If Plaintiffs file such an opposition, Plaintiffs' counsel shall file a declaration stating the reason that the opposition was not timely filed in accordance with the Standing Orders. If Plaintiffs file an opposition, any reply shall be filed by Defendants on or before April 14, 2021.
