Wright, II: The Court received and reviewed both the Declaration of Defendants counsel[ 28], and the Declaration of Plaintiffs' counsel #29 regarding the status of settlement. Counsel agree that a settlement check has been mailed.The settlement check was addressed and mailed to the wrong suite number within the building of Plaintiffs' counsel's Los Angeles office, but no one indicates who is to blame for this fact.Under these circumstances, the Court finds that no further involvement of the Court is required in this matter; any further disputes regarding receipt of the settlement check would constitute a contract claim that falls outside the scope of the accessibility-related claims Plaintiffs assert in this case. Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED. All remaining dates and deadlines are VACATED. The Clerk of the Court shall close the case. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lc)

Defendant shall pay this amount to the Clerk of the Court and shall file proof of payment in this case within two (2) weeks of the date of this Order. Failure to fully comply with the directives in this paragraph shall result in the imposition of an additional sanction of five hundred dollars ($500).
