November 21, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 75 MINUTE ORDER GRANTING the motions for final approval of the class settlement, for attorneys fees, costs, and service awards, and for approval of payment to Objectors by Judge Philip S. Gutierrez. For the reasons stated above, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs motion for final approval of the class action settlement and GRANTS Plaintiffs motion for attorneys fees, costs, and class representative service awards. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: The Court approves settlement of the action between Plaintiffs and Defendant, as set forth in the Settlement Agreement, as fair, just, reasonable, and adequate. The parties are directed to perform their settlement in accordance with the terms set forth in the Settlement Agreement. Class Counsel is awarded $262,500 in attorneys fees, inclusive of costs. Additionally, Plaintiffs are each awarded a $1,250 enhancement award, for a total of $7,500. The Court finds that these amounts are warranted and reasonable for the reasons stated in this order.
