Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: The Court approves settlement of the action between Plaintiffs and Defendant, as set forth in the Settlement Agreement, as fair, just, reasonable, and adequate. The parties are directed to perform their settlement in accordance with the terms set forth in the Settlement Agreement. Class Counsel is awarded $262,500 in attorneys fees, inclusive of costs. Additionally, Plaintiffs are each awarded a $1,250 enhancement award, for a total of $7,500. The Court finds that these amounts are warranted and reasonable for the reasons stated in this order.
