| Filing 18 Text Entry Order: The Court has reviewed Defendant Lowes Home Centers, LLCs Response to Courts Order to Show Cause Dated February 18, 2021 filed February 22, 2021 (Docket No. #17 ). In his Declarations (Docket Nos. [17-1] and [17-2], Mr. Allen states he read the Courts Standing Order. However, in his Declaration in response to the Order to Show Cause, he fails to mention that the Courts Standing Order specifically provides in footnote 1 that "Any reference in the Court's Standing Order (or any other court order) to "counsel" or "attorney" applies to parties appearing pro se unless the context requires otherwise" and in paragraph 5(b) that "The pro se status of one or more parties does not excuse compliance with Local Rule 7-3". Accordingly, Mr. Allen shall file a Declaration on or before March 1, 2021 explaining the cause of his alleged confusion resulting in his violation of the Courts Standing Order.
