TEXT ENTRY (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: Plaintiff Rhonda Guess (Guess or Plaintiff) filed the First Amended Complaint in this action against Defendant Autobindo Pharma USA, Inc. (Autobindo or Defendant) and Does 1 to 100, alleging two causes of action for: (1) products liability; and (2) general negligence. Dkt. 1-1. Defendant removed this action to this court on March 18, 2021 based on diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332. Dkt. 1. On April 7, 2021, Plaintiff filed a notice of dismissal of Autobindo from the Complaint, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a). No named Defendants remain in this action. The court Orders Plaintiff to Show Cause in writing, by April 21, 2021, why the court should not dismiss this action in its entirety for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
