In accordance with the Court's orders, the parties filed a number of new and amended pretrial documents. This order sets forth the relevant trial procedures in this matter not previously addressed. Having reviewed the parties' submissions, the Court finds that seven (7) hours per side is sufficient for the trial in this case. The Court adopts the parties' submission regarding the wearing of masks. The Court will hold an Exhibit Conference on May 8, 2023 to discuss the objections noted to exhibits in the Joint Exhibit List.
