MINUTE ORDER In Chambers by Judge Otis D. Wright, II. On July 1, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement. (ECF No. #32 .) Accordingly, the Court ordered the parties to file a dismissal that complies with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 by August 1, 2022. (ECF No. #33 .) To date, the parties have failed to file a timely dismissal. Instead, on their last day to file a dismissal, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation to extend the dismissal deadline, asserting that they need more time to fulfill the settlement agreement's conditions precedent for filing a dismissal. (Stip. 2, ECF No. #34 .) The Court has no interest in monitoring parties' compliance with the terms of a settlement agreement. The Clerk of the Court shall close this case. (Made JS-6.
