Defendant proffered no additional sufficient facts or argument in support of the Court's exercise of subject matter jurisdiction over this action, and plaintiffs' counsel raised no objections and moved to remand this action back to Los Angeles Superior Court. The Court therefore concludes that Defendant has failed to satisfy its burden of showing that diversity jurisdiction exists over this action. The Court grants the Plaintiff's motion. Accordingly, this action is remanded to the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, Case No. 21STCV08082, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. 1447(c).
