MINUTES [In Chambers] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS #16 by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr. For the above reasons, all of Plaintiff's claims, except the negligence claim (which Defendants do not challenge in their Motion), are dismissed with leave to amend to correct the deficiencies. Plaintiff must plead facts that assert the grounds for each of his claims-this "requires more than labels and conclusions, and a formulaic recitation of a cause of action's elements will not do." Twombly, 550 U.S. at 545. If Plaintiff does seek to pursue this action, he must file an amended complaint by no later than November 19, 2021. See attached minute order for details. (lom)
