The class for settlement of the PAGA claims is defined as: All members of the Settlement Class who were employed by Defendant in California during the PAGA Settlement Period. PAGA Settlement Period is defined as the time period of June 16, 2020 through the date of preliminary approval of this Settlement. 3. Shoham J. Solouki and Grant Joseph Savoy of Solouki Savoy, LLP are appointed as Class Counsel for settlement purposes only. 4.
