The court further ORDERS Plaintiff to submit a similar document, by January 24, 2022, identifying all construction-related accessibility actions she has filed in California state or federal courts within the 12-month period immediately preceding the filing of the Complaint in this action. Failure to submit the requested documents will be deemed an admission that Plaintiffs attorneys and/or Plaintiff qualifies as a high-frequency litigant under Cal. Code. Civ. Proc. 425.55. (lc)
