December 8, 2021 Filing 22 MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge Mark C. Scarsi: ORDER GRANTING EX PARTE APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO SERVE DEFENDANTS WITH PROCESS BY ALTERNATIVE MEANS #20 . The email addresses Plaintiffs seek to use to serve Defendants appear to have provided actual notice to Defendants. Within 24 hours of sending the complaint to the email addresses Plaintiffs identified, Defendants apparently made changes to the PrimeWire website responsive to the issues identified in the complaint.
