Audero: On January 26, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Complaint (ECF No. #1 ) and Request to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("IFP Request," ECF No. #3 ). The Court has not yet ruled on Plaintiff's IFP Request. Nonetheless, on February 25, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Proof of Service ("POS") upon Defendants. (POS, ECF No. #7 .) On February 28, 2022, Defendants filed an Answer. (ECF No. #5 .) Because this case is not yet ripe and the Complaint was served prematurely, the Court hereby SUSPENDS all activity in this case until further notice by the Court, which will follow either a favorable determination on the IFP Request by the Court or Plaintiff's remittance of the filing fee.
