The Court vacates the mandatory scheduling conference set for 3/25/2022 and issues this case management order. The Court has reviewed the Joint Rule 26(f) report #10 and sets the pretrial and trial dates noted in this order based on an evaluation of the complexity of the case. Defendants argue that Nicole Duval is a "sham defendant" whose citizenship should not be considered in determining diversity jurisdiction. The parties are ordered to meet and confer about whether Duval is a legally appropriate defendant given the nature of Plaintiff's claims. If the parties are unable to resolve the issue via meet and confer, then the parties are each ordered to file, by not later than 4/11/2022, a brief on whether this case should be remanded to state court due to incomplete diversity.
