ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION TO ARBITRATE AND STAY ACTION #12 by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: Plaintiffs shall submit all claims against Chase to binding individual arbitration pursuant to the terms of the arbitration provision contained in the deposit account agreements governing the deposit accounts held at Chase by plaintiffs Capital Providers Insurance Services, Inc. and Lavender Apartments, LLC. All dates on calendar in the action are VACATED, and the action is STAYED in its entirety, as to all parties, pending completion of the arbitration between Plaintiffs and Chase. The Parties shall submit a joint status report regarding the status of arbitration proceedings every ninety days, beginning July 28, 2022. Failure to timely file such status reports may result in lifting the stay, dismissal of this action for lack of prosecution, or other sanctions. (lc)
