This case was originally assigned to Magistrate Judge Steve Kim pursuant to the Magistrate Judge Direct Assignment Program. (ECF No. 6.) On April 12 and 13, 2022, Plaintiff and Defendant Air Canada each filed a Statement of Consent to Proceed BeforeMagistrate Judge. (ECF Nos. 15, 16.) On April 14, 2022, the Court reassigned the case out of the MJDAP on the grounds that one or more parties had not submitted their statement of consent form within the time required by the Local Rules #10 . Plaintiff has named Hogan Kevin, an individual, as a Defendant. Although nothing in the record suggests Kevin has been served with the summons and Complaint, Kevin is nevertheless a Defendant, and his consent is required in order for Magistrate Judge Kim to maintain jurisdiction.
