MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Mark C. Scarsi: (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE: NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT #14 . The parties to these related cases represent that they have agreed to a settlement in principle in both cases and are in the process of finalizing a settlement agreement. On this basis, the Court vacates all pending hearings and deadlines in both cases, with one exception set forth below. For case administration purposes, the Court directs the Clerk to administratively close the case. Within 45 days, the parties shall file either a notice or stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4l(a)(l)(A) or a joint status report concerning the settlement. On its own motion, the Court extends the deadline to respond to the order to show cause to June 17, 2022.
