The Court orders Removing Defendant to show cause why the case should not be remanded for lack of jurisdiction. Removing Defendant shall file a written response by August 8, 2022, stating the citizenship of its codefendant and establishing by a preponderance of evidence that the amount in controversy "more likely than not" exceeds $75,000.
