The Court has considered plaintiff's Response to the Court's Order to Show Cause (OSC), including the declarations attached thereto in which both plaintiff and his counsel acknowledge they likely qualify as high-frequency litigants #12 . For the foregoing reasons, the Court, in its discretion, declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiff's Unruh Act and any other construction-related accessibility claim. The Court therefore dismisses any such claims without prejudice. (lom)
