Having read the stipulation and agreement of the Parties in this case, and for good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: (1) Plaintiff Bryce Cornelius claims in the Complaint shall be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the terms of the Binding Arbitration Agreement before American Arbitration Association (AAA); (2) The arbitration will be administered by the AAA Employment Arbitration Rules or the employment arbitration rules of the arbitration service provider agreed to by the parties, subject to any mutually agreed upon written modifications. (3) The above-captioned matter shall be stayed pending completion of binding arbitration and the Court shall retain jurisdiction for purposes of enforcing this Stipulation and final arbitration order or award.
