Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("Rule") 7.1, a nongovernmental corporate party must file a Corporate Disclosure Statement with its first appearance, or, pursuant to Local Rule 7.1-1, may include any disclosures required by Rule 7.1 in its Notice of Interested Parties. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 7-1; C.D. Cal. L.R. 7.1-1. Although Defendant cites to Rule 7.1 in its Notice of Interested Parties, it does not provide the disclosures required by Rule 7.1. Defendant is ORDERED to file a Corporate Disclosure Statement forthwith. Failure of Defendant to comply with this Order may be addressed by judicial action, including the imposition of sanctions.
