ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFF'S UNRUH ACT CLAIM by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: In response to the Court's order to show cause why it should not decline supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs' claim under the Unruh Act #10 , Plaintiffs filed a response that they "do not oppose the court's OSC to decline supplement[al] jurisdiction over only" their Unruh Act claim #11 . Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiffs' claim under the Unruh Act is DISMISSED without prejudice. (gk)
