ORDER RE: EX PARTE APPLICATIONS FOR ARREST, ATTACHMENT, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: In the first application, Plaintiff asks the Court to issue an order authorizing the issuance of a warrant for the arrest of the Clothing in accordance with Supplemental Rule D and authorizing the issuance of process of maritime attachment and garnishment against Defendant pursuant to Rule B #11 . In the second, Plaintiff seeks to appoint a special process server pursuant to Supplemental Rules B and D #12 . The first application is granted in part, and the second is denied. The Court denies Plaintiff's request to issue a warrant for the arrest of the Clothing. The Court grants Plaintiff's application, and orders the clerk to issue process of attachment and garnishment for the Clothing, and any other property held by Defendant at the Solex Facility, in an amount up to $75,000.
