MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE PENDING MOTIONS by Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald. On October 18, 2022, in Real Time Resolutions, Inc. v. Rosa A. Grande Ramirez, CV 22-6693, Movant Vaqas Khan filed a Motion to Remand Case (MTR). (Docket No. 9). The MTR was timely noticed for hearing on November 21, 2022. On October 31, 2022, in Rosa Ramirez, et al. v. NBGI, Inc., et al., CV 22- 5695, Plaintiffs Rosa Ramirez and Atanacio Zelayandia filed a Motion to Consolidate (MTC). (Docket No. 18). The MTC was insufficiently noticed for hearing on November 21, 2022. On the Courts own motion, the hearing on the MTR and the MTC is CONTINUED to December 5, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. The new hearing date shall apply to the briefing schedule pursuant to the Local Rules.
