The Court has received a letter from Petitioner dated October 9, 2022. The letter requests that the Court "admit" two attached documents into the file: (1) a letter from the Clerk of the California Supreme Court informing Petitioner that his petition for writ of habeas corpus filed had been denied and that no action could be taken on his "motion for review" received on October 3, 2022; and (2) the California Supreme Court's September 21, 2022 order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to file the document in Case No. 2:22-cv-06823-MWF(AFM) as a "Supplement to Petition." If Petitioner fails to comply by October 27, 2022, this action may be dismissed without prejudice. [See Order for details.] (es) |
