ORDER DENYING STIPULATION #21 by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The parties filed a stipulation to extend the time for Defendants to respond to the initial complaint and also request that the Court continue the Mandatory Scheduling Conference (MSC) set for December 2, 2022. Dkt. No. #21 . The parties base their request on the possibility that a third-party manufacturer may be required to indemnify Defendants Transform SR LLC, Transform KM LLC, and Jaclyn Smith International. Defendants seek additional time to communicate with the manufacturer. The parties have already received an extension of time for Defendants to respond to the complaint under Local Rule 8-3. Dkt. No. #20 . Defendants were served approximately two months ago, and the parties do not explain why this was not enough time to pursue discussions with the manufacturer.
