The Notice of Removal ("Notice") states that "Softpath is a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia with its principle place of business in Norcross, Georgia.... The only members of Softpath are citizens of the State of Georgia." See Notice 18, ECF No. 1. However, the Notice does not actually identify each owner/member of the LLC nor does it indicate the citizenship of each constituent.
