ORDER RE: PLAINTIFF'S FILINGS AT DKT. NOS. 14, 15, AND 16 by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Plaintiff's attempt to amend, his motion for reconsideration, and his attempt to proceed with this case are improper. This action was initiated by Plaintiff's removal of his own case from state court--which has now been remanded to state court, where it belongs. There is therefore nothing before this Court to amend. To the extent that Plaintiff now wishes to bring a federal case, he must file a new federal action. Amending an improperly removed probate action is not a viable procedural option. Accordingly, Plaintiff's amended complaint #14 , and his Rule 26(f) Report #15 are STRICKEN, and his motion for reconsideration #16 is DENIED. (gk)
