ORDER RE: MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: On review of the application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP), the Court dismissed the case because the complaint alleged events that occurred in 2002, and so Plaintiff's claims were untimely. Plaintiff moves for reconsideration, asserting that the date listed in his complaint was a typo and that the events described in the complaint actually occurred in 2022 #7 . The Court hereby orders Plaintiff to file an amended complaint and to either pay the applicable filing fee or renew his IFP application no later than 3/24/2023. If Plaintiff files an amended complaint, the case will be reopened. (gk)
