As a result, Plaintiff requests that the Court continue the hearing on the Order to Show Cause from April 6, 2023, to April 20, 2023. Id. at 3. The Court, having considered the request and finding good cause therefor, hereby GRANTS the continuance. The hearing on the Order to Show Cause is continued to April 20, 2023, at 10:00 am. If a Motion for Default Judgment is filed on or before April 14, 2023, the hearing on the Order to Show Cause will be discharged, and no appearances will be necessary on April 20, 2023.
