Also by March 17, Plaintiff shall file either (1) a brief, providing authority for Plaintiff's position that California's Unruh Act allows recovery of statutory damages for violations of the ADA in Florida or (2) a statement that Plaintiff seeks Unruh Act damages only for any violations that took place in California. If Plaintiff maintains the position that he is entitled to Unruh Act damages for violations in Florida, Defendants may file a responsive brief no later than March 24.
