MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DISMISSING ACTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE by Judge Dolly M. Gee: The Court reviewed his complaint, explained that the District Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over his allegations, and directed Plaintiff to explain why the action should not be dismissed. The Court gave Plaintiff until 3/30/2023 to comply with its order and advised him that failure to timely respond would result in dismissal of this action without prejudice #7 . To date, Plaintiff has not complied with the Court's Order and has taken no further action in his case. The Court therefore DISMISSES this matter without prejudice for failure to prosecute and to comply with a court order. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) Court Reporter: Not Reported. (gk)
