MINUTES IN CHAMBERS COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson. Following the Status Conference on April 19, 2023, plaintiff has filed a "Request for Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice Pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure" ("Request"). (Docket No. 27.) The Court construes plaintiff's "Request" as a voluntarily dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i). The Court therefore dismisses this action without prejudice. However, the Court cautions plaintiff that if she were to attempt to reassert her federal claims in state court proceedings, defendants may then attempt to remove the action to this Court.; granting #27 REQUEST to Dismiss Complaint.
