The Court deems this matter appropriate for decision without oral argument. Defendant's motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED. The Court STAYS the case pending resolution of the arbitration. If Plaintiff intends to pursue his claims against Defendant in arbitration, he must commence the arbitration proceeding within 30 days. The parties shall file a joint status report within 120 days of this Order, and a further report every 120 days thereafter. Each report must state on the cover page the date the next report is due. Additionally, the parties must notify the Court within seven days of the conclusion of arbitration proceedings. The Court directs the Clerk to remove the case from the Court's active caseload until further application by the parties or order of this Court. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lc)
