Selna: Although Plaintiff argues he is entitled to reconsideration under Local Rule 7-18, Plaintiff has not shown that the Court failed to consider a material fact. Neither has Plaintiff shown that he is entitled to relief under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules 59(e) (motion to alter or amend a judgment) or 60(b) (relief from judgment). It remains that Plaintiff has not shown that his alleged failure to receive medical treatment has placed him in imminent danger of physical injury.
