ORDER DENYING STIPULATION TO CONTINUE [DKT. NO. 10] by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: This case is set for a mandatory scheduling conference (MSC) on June 2, 2023. The parties stipulated to extend Defendant's answer deadline by 30 days, Dkt. No. #9 , and now stipulate to continue the MSC and related deadline for their joint Rule 26(f) report until after the Court rules on Defendant's anticipated motion to dismiss, Dkt. No. #10 . The latter stipulation is subject to being stricken because the parties failed to file a proposed order. In any event, the Court does not find good cause to continue its deadlines. This case is not complex, and Plaintiff appears to allege essentially the same boilerplate claims as in numerous other cases filed by Plaintiff's counsel. The stipulation to continue is DENIED. (jgr)
