Plaintiff Lotte Global Logistics Co., Ltd. has not moved to remand this case based on the procedural defect(s) identified above. Any such motion must be filed no later than June 9, 2023. If no motion to remand is filed by that date, the Court will assume that Lotte waives any procedural objections it would otherwise be entitled to assert to STPW's notice of removal. (lc)
