For all of the foregoing reasons, the Court grants Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration as to Plaintiff's individual claims and individual PAGA claim. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's class claims and stays the action as to Plaintiff's non-individual PAGA claim. This action is administratively closed and removed from the Court's active calendar until further application by the parties or Order of this Court. For all of the foregoing reasons, the Court grants Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration as to Plaintiff's non-PAGA claims. This action is administratively closed and removed from the Court's active calendar until further application by the parties or Order of this Court. The parties shall file a Joint Status Report within two (2) weeks of the arbitrator's decision regarding the arbitrability of Plaintiffs claims. If the arbitrator has not determined arbitrability by December 1, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report beginning on that date land continuing every four months until the arbitrator determines arbitrability.
