Filing 18 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS - SCHEDULING ORDER by Judge George H. Wu: The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Rule 26(f) Report (Docket No. 16) and finds it can set the schedule in this matter without hearing further statements from the parties, especially since it substantially adopts the parties' suggested schedule. The Court sets the following dates: 1. The parties will have until July 21, 2023 to amend under Fed. R. Civ. P. 15. Thereafter, any amendments must be made by way of a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16. 2. Deadline to complete discovery (both regular and expert): October 19, 2023. Additionally to the extent that this matter is dependent upon the creation of an "administrative record," said record is to agreed upon by the parties no later than October 26, 2023. 3. Last day to hear any motions (other than motions for judgment): November 30, 2023. 4. Deadline to complete mediation: December 8, 2023, with a post mediation status conference on December 14, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. The parties have elected to mediate with either someone from the Courts mediation panel or through a private service. 5. Deadline for Plaintiff and Defendant to file Opening Rule 52 briefs: January 25, 2024. The parties are to utilize the format for motions for summary judgment as per Fed. R. Civ. P. 56 and C.D. Cal. L. R. 56 - including a statement of undisputed facts with citations to the pages of the record for each factual assertion. 6. Deadline for Plaintiff and Defendant to file Opposition/Reply Rule 52 brief (which will include a responsive statement of disputed and undisputed facts): February 15, 2024. 7.
