ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT OF FEES by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: On 6/13/2023, the Court granted Plaintiff Gary Grant Hampton, Jr.'s request to proceed without prepaying the filing fees in this action #4 . The Court directed Plaintiff to pay a partial fee of $0.84 within 30 days of its order and cautioned that the case may be dismissed if Plaintiff fails to pay. On 6/22/2023, Plaintiff filed a notice of change of address stating that he will be held at the Yuba County Jail for the next 30 to 60 days #5 . Because of Plaintiff's recent change of address, the Court hereby (1) directs the Clerk to mail Plaintiff a copy of this Order and the Order at Dkt. No. 4 to his new location and (2) CONTINUES the deadline for Plaintiff's initial partial payment of fees by 30 days to 8/12/2023. Failure to timely pay the partial fees by the new deadline will be construed as consent to dismissal without prejudice. (gk)
