Specifically, Cramer's Ex Parte Motion fails to provide sufficient facts to demonstrate to the Court that he would be irreparably prejudiced by having to proceed using the regular noticed motion procedure. The same is true of Cramer's underlying motion for a temporary restraining order. Cramer fails to provide sufficient facts to show he will suffer immediate irreparable injury justifying a temporary restraining order absent notice to the Defendants.
