ORDER ON JOINT STIPULATION TO SUBMIT MATTER TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND STAY ACTION PURSUANT TO LOCAL RULE 7-1 by Judge Dolly M. Gee: The Stipulation #9 is hereby APPROVED. The Court orders that Plaintiff shall submit the claims contained in her Complaint to AAA for final binding arbitration. This action is hereby stayed and administratively closed pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. Section 1 et seq., and Rule 1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure pending the final disposition of the arbitration. Within ten days after the final disposition of their arbitration or the resolution of their dispute, the parties shall file a joint status report regarding whether this action should be dismissed or the stay lifted.
