MINUTES OF IN CHAMBERS - ORDER DISMISSING ACTION FOR LACK OF PROSECUTION by Judge Dolly M. Gee: Plaintiff failed to oppose the motion to dismiss. On 8/21/2023, the Court granted him leave to amend his pleadings, but warned him that "failure to file an amended complaint or oppose any further motion to dismiss shall result in the dismissal of this action for lack of prosecution" #19 . Gill's amended complaint was due 9/11/2023, and no amended complaint was filed. Notwithstanding these opportunities, Gill has failed to participate in his own litigation. Accordingly, good cause appearing, the Court DISMISSES this action for lack of prosecution, without prejudice. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) Court Reporter: Not Reported. (gk)
